Introduce someone to HealthMeek and track the journey through our Referral Rewards program. Eligible qualifying referrals may earn rewards after HealthMeek confirms client onboarding, eligibility, review, and approval.

Referral Rewards
Earn up to $1,000 across your first 5 qualifying referrals.
After your fifth qualifying referral, each additional qualifying new client may earn a $300 referral reward, subject to HealthMeek eligibility review and approval.

A referral starts with trust.
Sending a referral is simply a private introduction. The person you refer remains in control of whether they contact HealthMeek or request care.
Referral privacy stays protected.
Referrers may receive privacy-safe progress updates, but referral participation does not provide access to private care records, schedules, billing, documents, or clinical information.
How a reward becomes payable
A referral is not automatically a paid reward.
The referral must identify a legitimate prospective new HealthMeek client.
HealthMeek must be able to connect the referral to the correct referrer.
The referred person must become a qualifying new HealthMeek client.
Only one reward may be issued for the same unique qualified client.
HealthMeek reviews eligibility, duplicates, compliance, and reward status before approval.
A proposed reward remains subject to HealthMeek review and approval until formally approved.
Rewards may be denied or voided for duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, manipulated, or otherwise ineligible referrals.
Payment timing and method may depend on verification, payment information, accounting requirements, and program administration.
Existing HealthMeek members can refer too.
Being a HealthMeek client, family member, caregiver, or business partner does not prevent participation. Referral membership and reward eligibility remain separate from care services, caregiver assignments, employment or contractor relationships, and business partner services.

Referral rewards are promotional program rewards and are subject to eligibility, verification, HealthMeek review, approval, applicable agreements, and program terms. HealthMeek may update or discontinue the program where permitted.
